The Mobridge-Pollock School District will be having staff in-service on August 21st, 24th, and 25th. All new teachers will report to the school on August 21st and veteran staff members will join them on the 24th and 25th.
As a school district, we have many important topics to discuss as we prepare for the start of the school year. Most of our in-service will focus on reviewing of student data and how data helps in driving effective classroom instruction. While we spend much of our time discussing what effective classroom instruction looks like as a district, we will also spend time during in-service introducing some new management tools that will help all of us in becoming much more efficient in what we do. Much of this discussion will be in smaller group settings.
