• Putting narrative to the numbers
• Identifying gaps in the standards
• Common Core

1:45-3:00                        Goal Setting 

•  Three Specific Goals per building                                               
• HS, MS, Upper, FD
• One Statement Goal for the District
• Pertaining towards Common Core

3:00-3:30                         How Will We Achieve Greatness

• Each building will map out a Strategic Plan that will be placed and used as a working document in the School Improvement Plans for each school in the district.
